Step 1:
Bend each pipe cleaner into a hand shape and glue onto
sides of jar for Jar Man's hand. |

Step 2:
Using the white piece of construction paper or cardboard,
cut eyes and a smile for Jar Man. Use a black magic marker
to outline the eyes and smile. Glue onto side of lid. |

Step 3:
Place the jar onto a corner of the black piece of construction
paper. Trace around the edge of the jar but extend beyond
the jar on the front side to make feet for your Jar Man.
Using scissors, cut out the outline and glue onto bottom
of jar. |

Step 4:
Gather the 6-inch side of tissue or felt to be about 3-inches.
Glue the gathered edge of tissue paper or felt onto the
back of jar, creating a cape. |
