PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
Ingredients
1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 jar (18 oz.) Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter
1-1/4 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions
1. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. Melt Spread with corn syrup in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in confectioners sugar and vanilla with wooden spoon until smooth. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. To serve, cut into 1-inch squares.
