Nutty Banana-Chocolate Chip Pancakes

  • Ingredients

    1 cup original pancake and baking mix
    1 cup milk
    1/3 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
    1/2 large banana, chopped
    1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 large egg
    Syrup, if desired
  • Instruction

    1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix until blended.
    2. Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-low heat. Scoop 1/8-cup batter into skillet; cook, turning once, until pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with favorite syrup, if desired.
