1. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray. Insert craft stick in top of each apple.
2. In 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, microwave remaining ingredients on HIGH (100%) 2 minutes or until caramels are melted; stir until smooth.
3. Quickly dip apples in hot caramel mixture, spooning mixture over apples until well coated. On baking sheet, arrange apples. Refrigerate 1 hour or until caramel is set.
