Creamy Peanut Vinaigrette

  • Ingredients

    1/3 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
    2 teaspoons lime juice
    1/8 teaspoon salt

  • Instruction

    In food processor bowl or blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve over salad greens.
