Open-Face Asian Turkey Burgers

  • Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 cup broccoli slaw
    1 tablespoon SKIPPY® SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    6 (1/4-inch-thick) slices tomato
    6 leaves iceberg lettuce
    1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, if desired
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    3 multigrain English muffins, split and toasted

  • Instruction

    In medium bowl, combine turkey, broccoli slaw, peanut butter and pepper; mix gently. Shape into 6 patties.

    Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add patties. Cook over medium heat, turning once, 10 minutes or until done.

    Layer tomato, lettuce and burgers on bottom halves of English muffins. Cover with top halves of muffins.

    This recipe is recommended for 6 servings.
