1. Spread one side of each slice bread evenly with peanut butter. Top 2 slices bread with banana; sprinkle with cinnamon. Top evenly with coconut. Cover with remaining slices bread. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter.
2. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook sandwiches over medium heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden brown.
