1. In large bowl, combine chow mein noodles, marshmallows and peanuts; mix well.
2. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave butterscotch morsels and peanut butter on HIGH (100%) 1 minute or until butterscotch is melted; stir until smooth. Pour over noodle mixture; toss to coat.
3. On wax-paper-lined baking sheet, drop mixture by tablespoonfuls, forming small mounds. Refrigerate until firm. Store in refrigerator.
