Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 cup butterscotch morsels
- 1/2 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
Directions
- In large bowl, combine chow mein noodles, marshmallows and peanuts; mix well.
- In microwave-safe bowl, microwave butterscotch morsels and peanut butter on HIGH (100%) 1 minute or until butterscotch is melted; stir until smooth. Pour over noodle mixture; toss to coat.
- On wax-paper-lined baking sheet, drop mixture by tablespoonfuls, forming small mounds.
- Refrigerate until firm. Store in refrigerator.
