2 cups vanilla yogurt
3 tablespoons fruit preserves (strawberry, raspberry, cherry, blackberry, etc.)
2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1. In parchment paper-lined 8- x 8-inch baking pan, spread yogurt evenly.
2. In microwave safe cup, heat preserves on HIGH 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Repeat process with peanut butter. Drizzle preserves and peanut butter over yogurt. Using a knife, make swirl pattern. Sprinkle with raspberries and remaining ingredients. Freeze overnight.
3. Remove from pan. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Cut into squares.
