Peanut Butter-Chocolate Energy Balls

  • Ingredients

    1 cup old-fashioned oats
    ½ cup SKIPPY® peanut butter
    ⅓ cup chocolate chips
    2 tablespoons chia seeds
    2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • Instruction

    1. Heat oven to 375°F.
    2. Place oats on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Let cool completely.
    3. In large bowl, stir together oats, peanut butter and remaining ingredients. Shape into 1½-inch balls. Fashion balls onto sticks if desired. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 4 days.
