Overnight Peanut Butter Oats

  • Ingredients

    1 cup old-fashioned oats
    1 ½ cups almond milk
    ¼ cup SKIPPY® Peanut Butter
    1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
    ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
    Garnish: SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Bites, frozen cherries, thawed; whole roasted almonds; chocolate-hazelnut spread; warmed peanut butter; fresh berries; hemp, chia, or flaxseed
  • Instruction

    1. In glass jar or cup, stir together oats and next 4 ingredients.
    2. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or up to overnight.
    3. Divide mixture among 2 serving bowls. Top with desired toppings.

    Makes 2 servings
