1. Using handheld or stand mixer, fitted with paddle attachment, combine peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar. Fold in rice cereal.
2. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour.
3. In 2 separate bowls, melt white and dark chocolate according to package directions. Dip half the balls in white chocolate and remaining balls in dark chocolate.
4. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet and let stand 30 minutes or until completely set.
