Pretzel Peanut Butter Bark

  • Ingredients

    2 (12-ounce) bags chocolate melting wafers
    ½ cup mini pretzels, crushed
    ⅓ cup mini pretzels
    ¼ cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
    1 cup SKIPPY® peanut butter
    ⅔ cup powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Instruction

    1. Melt 1 bag of melting wafers according to package directions. Pour chocolate onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread to about 1/4 –inch thickness. Let stand 1 hour or until set.
    2. Meanwhile with an electric hand mixer, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar. Spread peanut butter mixture over chocolate, leaving 1-inch border and refrigerate 1 hour.
    3. Melt remaining chocolate according to package directions and spread over peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with pretzels, peanuts and crushed pretzels. Refrigerate 1 hour or up to overnight. Break into pieces.
