Asian Turkey Burgers

  • Ingredients

    1 pound JENNIE-O® All Natural* Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons SKIPPY® SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter
    2 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG Ginger-Flavored Soy Sauce
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 cups broccoli slaw
    6 slider buns, toasted
    1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, if desired
  • Instruction

    1. In medium bowl, combine turkey, ginger, and pepper; mix gently. Shape into 6 patties. 
    2. Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add patties. Cook over medium heat, turning once, 10 minutes or until done. 
    3. In small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce and olive oil. 
    4. In medium bowl, combine broccoli slaw and desired amount of dressing. 
    5. Assemble sliders with turkey patties and broccoli slaw. Top with additional dressing and sesame seeds, if desired.
