1. In large skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar and cook until sugar is dissolved. Add banana slices and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until browned.
2. Spread peanut butter over 1 side of 2 bread slices. Top with bananas and remaining bread slices.
3. Prepare griddle or skillet for medium heat. Brush remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter on griddle or skillet.
4. Cook sandwiches 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
