Chocolate Dipped PB & J

  • Ingredients

    4 slices white bread
    4 tablespoons SKIPPY® peanut butter
    4 tablespoons fruit jelly
    8 ounces chocolate almond bark

  • Instruction

    1. Spread one side of 2 bread slices with 2 tablespoons each peanut butter and jelly. Top with remaining bread slices. Cut into 1-inch strips. 
    2. Melt almond bark according to package directions. Dip sandwich strips halfway in melted bark, shaking off excess. Set on wax paper and let stand 30 minutes or until set.
