Chocolate Dipped PB & J

  • Ingredients

    4 slices white bread
    4 tablespoons SKIPPY® peanut butter
    4 tablespoons fruit jam
    225g cooking chocolate
  • Instruction

    1. Spread one side of 2 bread slices with 2 tablespoons each peanut butter and jam. Top with remaining bread slices. Cut into 1-inch strips. 
    2. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Dip sandwich strips halfway in melted chocolate, shaking off excess. Set on wax paper and let stand 30 minutes or until set.
