- Spread 1 tablespoon butter on one side of each bread slice. Sprinkle buttered sides with cinnamon. Spread unbuttered side of one bread slice with peanut butter and remaining unbuttered side with jam. Sandwich together.
- Heat griddle to medium heat. Place sandwich on griddle and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Cut in half, if desired.
