Ingredients
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- ¼ cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons fruit jam
- Sliced strawberries, blueberries
Directions
- Cut edges off bread slices, creating 2 large circles.
- Using rolling pin, lightly roll bread to flatten.
- Spread peanut butter over each bread slice.
- Spoon jam over peanut butter and fold.
- Top with chopped fruit.
