5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Bars

  • Ingredients

    4 medium ripened bananas
    2 cups old-fashioned oats
    ⅓ cup SKIPPY® peanut butter
    ½ cup dark chocolate morsels
    ½ cup chopped roasted almonds
    ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • Instruction

    1. Heat oven to 350°F.
    2. In large bowl, mash bananas with potato masher or fork and stir in oats and peanut butter. Spread mixture in bottom of lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels, almonds and salt.
    3. Bake 20 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into squares.
