Caramel Peanut Butter Apples

  • Ingredients

    6 medium Granny Smith apples, stems removed
    6 craft sticks
    14-ounces caramels, unwrapped
    ¼ cup SKIPPY® SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter
    2 tablespoons water
  • Instruction

    1. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray. Insert craft stick in top of each apple.
    2. In 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, heat caramels, peanut butter and water on HIGH heat, 2 minutes or until caramels are melted. Stir until smooth.
    3. Quickly dip apples in hot caramel mixture, spooning over apples until well coated.
    4. Arrange apples on wax paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
