Peanut Butter Dried Fruit Granola

  • Ingredients

    ¼ cup butter
    ¼ cup SKIPPY® creamy peanut butter
    ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
    ¼ cup light corn syrup
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    1½ cups uncooked regular oats
    ¼ cup dry-roasted peanuts
    ¼ cup sliced almonds
    ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • Instruction

    1. Heat oven to 350°F.
    2. In small saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter, peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Press mixture into lightly greased, aluminum foil-lined 8-inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes; let cool completely. Remove from pan and cut into bars.
