Peanut Butter Cheese Ball

  • Ingredients

    1 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
    ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    ¼ cup butter, softened
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
    1½ cups powdered sugar
    1 cup SKIPPY® P.B. Bites, finely chopped, divided
    Garnish: SKIPPY® P.B. Bites, crushed pretzel sticks, shaved chocolate curls, finely chopped peanuts, coarsely chopped JUSTIN’S® Mini Peanut Butter Cups
  • Instruction

    1. In large bowl, using a hand mixer combine peanut butter, cream cheese and butter.
    2. Add vanilla extract and salt. Gradually add powdered sugar.
    3. Stir in ½ cup finely chopped P.B. Bites.
    4. Shape into a ball and place on serving platter. Press with remaining chopped P.B. Bites and other desired garnishes
    Refrigerate 30 minutes. Serve with pretzels, chips and crackers.
