Peanut Butter Popcorn

  • Ingredients

    ¾ cup syrup
    ¾ cup brown sugar
    ¾ cup SKIPPY® creamy peanut butter
    ½ tsp salt
    1 standard size (3.5 oz) microwaveable bag popcorn cooked according to package directions - about 7 cups

  • Instruction

    1. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup and brown sugar.
    2. Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
    3. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and salt.
    4. Whisk until smooth.
    5. Pour over popcorn. Quickly, but gently stir until coated. Pour onto parchment lined baking sheet and cool 5 minutes.
