In large microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave uncovered on HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until smooth. Stir in peanuts. Drop by ¼ cup amounts onto waxed paper. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Store in refrigerator.
