Made with JENNIE-O® All Natural Lean Ground Turkey, ground ginger, and SKIPPY® SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter, these sliders are packed with a unique blend of savory and nutty flavors. Topped with a refreshing broccoli slaw and a drizzle of peanut butter-soy sauce dressing, these burgers are perfect for a delicious and satisfying meal.
1 | pound JENNIE-O® All Natural* Lean Ground Turkey |
½ | teaspoon ground ginger |
⅛ | teaspoon pepper |
2 | tablespoons SKIPPY® SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter |
2 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger-Flavored Soy Sauce |
2 | tablespoons olive oil |
2 | cups broccoli slaw |
6 | slider buns, toasted |
1 | teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, if desired |
In medium bowl, combine turkey, ginger, and pepper; mix gently.
Shape into 6 patties.
Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add patties.
Cook over medium heat, turning once, 10 minutes or until done.
In small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce and olive oil.
In medium bowl, combine broccoli slaw and desired amount of dressing.
Assemble sliders with turkey patties and broccoli slaw.
Top with additional dressing and sesame seeds, if desired.
