SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Popcorn takes the ultra-snackable crunch of popcorn and marries it perfectly with the timeless flavor of SKIPPY® Peanut Butter. Ready in under 15 minutes, it’s the perfect quick and delicious treat for your next movie night!

Ingredients

¾ cup syrup
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
½ teaspoon salt
1 standard size (3.5 oz) microwaveable bag popcorn cooked according to package directions – about 7 cups

Directions

  1. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup and brown sugar.

  2. Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.

  3. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and salt.

  4. Whisk until smooth.

  5. Pour over popcorn. Quickly, but gently stir until coated.

  6. Pour onto parchment lined baking sheet and cool 5 minutes.
