2½ | cups quick-cooking oats |
2 | cups all-purpose flour |
1 | teaspoon baking powder |
1 | teaspoon baking soda |
¼ | teaspoon salt |
1 | cup butter |
1 | cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter |
1 | cup granulated sugar |
1 | cup packed brown sugar |
2 | large eggs |
2 | teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 | (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips, if desired |
Heat oven to 350°F.
In small bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.
In large bowl, beat together butter and peanut butter with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Beat in granulated and brown sugars, eggs and vanilla until blended.
Beat in flour mixture just until blended; stir in chocolate chips.
On ungreased baking sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart.
Bake 13 minutes or until golden.
Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
