3 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
4 slices whole-grain bread
2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons reduced-sugar strawberry spread

Directions

  1. Spread peanut butter evenly on 2 slices bread. Spread cream cheese evenly on remaining slices bread; top with strawberry spread. Assemble sandwiches.

  2. Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add sandwiches; cook over medium heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden brown.
