This kid-approved summer fun recipe features whole-grain bread rounds filled with creamy peanut butter, cut into a cute jellyfish shape. Perfect for peanut butter lovers, this sandwich is decorated with peanut butter “tentacles” and fresh strawberries and blueberries, making snack time both delicious and entertaining.
Ingredients
| 2 | slices whole-grain bread, cut into 4-inch rounds |
| 3 | tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter Spread |
| Strawberries and blueberries, if desired |
Directions
Spread one side of one bread round evenly with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
Cover with remaining bread round.
Cut off one-third of sandwich to resemble jellyfish shape.
Place on plate.
Use remaining peanut butter to decorate plate with “tentacles”.
Use strawberries and blueberries to decorate as desired.
