SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Cheesecake Parfaits are a perfect holiday treat for peanut butter lovers.
These parfaits feature creamy layers of SKIPPY® Peanut Butter, rich dark chocolate, and a graham cracker crumb base, topped with whipped cream and garnishes. Make them ahead of time to chill and enjoy a decadent dessert that will have everyone asking for more.
| 1 | cup graham cracker crumbs | 
| 2 | tablespoons melted butter | 
| ½ | (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened | 
| 1 | cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter | 
| 1 | cup powdered sugar | 
| 2 | (4-ounce) dark chocolate bars, chopped | 
| ½ | cup heavy whipping cream | 
| 1 | (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed | 
| Garnish: Shaved chocolate curls, Chopped roasted peanuts, Fresh mint sprigs | 
In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Divide mixture among parfait glasses.
Place chopped chocolate and heavy whipping cream in microwave-safe bowl.
Heat on HIGH 1 minute. Stir and microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into parfait glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour.
In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter and divide evenly among parfait glasses.
Top with whipped topping and desired garnishes.
