This delightful snack combines the rich flavors of SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter and bittersweet chocolate with the light, airy texture of popcorn. | 1 | bag microwave popcorn |
| ¼ | cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter |
| ¼ | cup corn syrup |
| ¼ | cup sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1 | (4-ounce) bar bittersweet chocolate |
Heat oven to 225°F.
Pop popcorn according to package directions. Transfer to large bowl.
In small saucepan combine peanut butter, corn syrup and sugar and bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Stir in extract.
Pour mixture over popcorn, stirring well to coat.
Transfer popcorn mixture to jellyroll pan in single layer.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
Melt chocolate according to package directions.
Drizzle over popcorn.
Let stand 20 minutes or until chocolate sets.
