In small bowl whisk together peanut butter spread, soy sauce, lemon juice, rice vinegar and honey. Add a bit of water to thin to drizzling consistency.
In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook cabbage wedges, turning once, 5 to 7 minutes per side or until well browned. Season with salt and pepper.
