2 | cups sliced onions |
1 | (16-ounce) jar CHI-CHIʼS® Thick & Chunky Salsa |
1 | tablespoon lemon juice |
5 | tablespoons SKIPPY® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread |

Rub chicken breasts all over with cumin and cinnamon. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add chicken and onions. Cook, stirring frequently, until chicken is browned.
To make sauce, in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade, process salsa, lemon juice, peanut butter and garlic until smooth. Pour sauce over chicken mixture in skillet; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve chicken with sauce and cilantro.
