Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Dates are a delightful snack that highlights the rich, creamy flavor of SKIPPY® Peanut Butter. Each date is generously filled with peanut butter, providing a perfect balance of sweet and salty in every bite. Ideal for a quick protein boost, a holiday treat, or a movie night indulgence, these dates dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt are sure to satisfy your cravings.

12 Medjool dates, pitted
4 tablespoons SKIPPY® Peanut Butter
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Flaked sea salt

Directions

  1. Pipe or spoon peanut butter into each date. Place on plate and freeze 10 minutes.

  2. In microwaveable bowl melt chocolate on HIGH 30 to 40 seconds, stirring after 15 seconds.

  3. Dip each stuffed date in melted chocolate. Place on a waxed paper lined tray. Drizzle remaining chocolate over each. Sprinkle with salt.

  4. Chill until set, about 20 minutes.
