Take some ultra-decadent layers of chocolate and smother SKIPPY® peanut butter on a crumbly graham cracker crust to make the ultimate SKIPPY® Chocolate Graham Bars. ½ | cup sugar |
¼ | cup brown sugar |
1 | egg |
1 | teaspoon vanilla |
1⅓ | cups flour |
¾ | cup graham cracker crumbs |
1 | teaspoon baking powder |
¼ | teaspoon salt |
1 | cup powdered sugar |
½ | cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter |
1½ | cups milk chocolate chips |
Heat oven to 350°F.
In stand mixer, cream together ½ cup butter, sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Mix to combine.
In separate bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Add to mixer bowl. Combine on low speed until dough is formed.
Spread dough evenly into bottom of 9×9-inch baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes, or until lightly golden on top. Allow to cool.
In stand mixer, beat together powdered sugar, peanut butter and 4 tablespoons butter until fluffy. Spread evenly onto cooled crust layer.
In microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips and remaining 4 tablespoons of butter. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, heat for 10 more seconds, and stir again until smooth and melted. Spread over peanut butter layer.
Allow to cool completely.
Cut into bars to serve.
