This recipe combines the creamy richness of SKIPPY® Peanut Butter with the sweet, juicy flavor of grilled peaches, all sandwiched between slices of whole wheat bread. Perfect for enjoying during the summer or any time of year, these sandwiches are a delicious way to savor the season.
1 | large peach |
½ | cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter |
2 | tablespoons honey |
4 | slices whole wheat bread |
2 | tablespoons butter, softened |
Slice peach in half, remove pit. Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill peach, cut sides down 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly charred. Let stand 10 minutes. Slice each half into 8 to 10 thin slices.
Spread half peanut butter on 1 side of 2 bread slices. Divide peach slices evenly among each sandwich and place over peanut butter. Top with remaining bread slices.
Spread outsides of both sandwiches with butter.
Grill sandwiches 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Cut in half, if desired.
