The creamy, nutty richness of peanut butter perfectly balances the savory, umami notes of soy sauce, creating a marinade that infuses the chicken with incredible depth of flavor. This unique blend ensures every bite is a harmonious mix of sweet, salty, and tangy flavors.
2½ | pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs |
¼ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger-flavored soy sauce |
2 | tablespoons SKIPPY® Peanut Butter |
3 | tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar |
2 | tablespoons light brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons olive oil |
1 | tablespoon lime zest |
3 | garlic cloves, finely chopped |
Garnish: chopped green onions, chopped roasted peanuts |
Place chicken in plastic zip-top bag. In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and next 6 ingredients. Pour soy mixture over chicken. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill chicken 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning every 10 minutes. Garnish with green onions and peanuts, if desired.
