¾ | cup SKIPPY® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread with Honey, divided |
½ | cup maple syrup |
1½ | cups dark chocolate chips |
1 | teaspoon coconut oil |
Line a 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In medium mixing bowl, crush rice cakes into small pieces.
Stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter and maple syrup, mixing to combine. Press mixture into prepared dish.
In small microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds, or until melted.
Spread chocolate mixture evenly over rice cake layer. Freeze 1 hour.
In small microwave safe bowl, warm remaining ¼ cup peanut butter. Drizzle over bars. Freeze 5 minutes, or until set. Cut into 9 bars
