1½ | cups almond milk, divided |
¼ | cup maple syrup, divided |
6 | tablespoons chia seeds, divided |
3 | tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter |
2 | tablespoons cocoa powder |
¼ | teaspoon vanilla extract |
¼ | teaspoon kosher salt |
Garnish: coconut flakes, banana slices, fresh blueberries and toasted sliced almonds |
In small bowl combine 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup and 4 tablespoons chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or up to overnight.
In small bowl combine peanut butter, cocoa powder, remaining 2 tablespoons maple syrup until paste forms. Gradually whisk in remaining ½ cup almond milk and remaining 2 tablespoons chia seeds until well blended. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or up to overnight.
Spoon mixtures alternately into parfait glasses. Garnish, if desired.
