These SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Date Balls are a no-bake, bite-sized treat packed with nutty crunch and natural sweetness. Made with walnuts, dates, and SKIPPY® Natural SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter spread, then dipped in rich dark chocolate, they’re the perfect balance of wholesome and indulgent.
1 | cup walnut pieces |
1 | cup chopped dates |
1 | cup SKIPPY® Natural SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter Spread |
1 | cup powdered sugar |
1 | (10-ounce) package dark chocolate melting wafers |
Line tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
In bowl of food processor, place walnuts and dates. Pulse to chop.
In bowl of stand mixer, combine chopped walnuts and dates, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix on low to combine.
Roll dough into 24 balls. Place on prepared sheet. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Melt wafers according to package directions. Dip balls in chocolate to coat. Refrigerate until set.
