2 | teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 | tablespoon honey |
¼ | cup butter, melted divided |
2 | tablespoons light brown sugar |
2 | bananas, sliced |
8 | (1-inch thick) slices French bread |
Peanut Maple Drizzle | |

½ | cup maple syrup |
½ | cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter |
In food processor, combine peanut butter and next 4 ingredients; process until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a shallow dish.
Prepare griddle for medium heat. Brush griddle with 2 tablespoons butter.
Dip bread slices in peanut butter mixture, shaking off excess and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
Keep warm.
In medium bowl, stir together remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter, brown sugar and banana slices.
Cook banana slices on griddle until browned.
Spoon over bread slices.
In small microwave safe bowl, combine maple syrup and peanut butter.
Heat on HIGH 1 minute or until heated through, stirring to combine.
Serve over Peanut Butter French Toast.
