¼ | cup soy sauce |
¼ | cup sweet chili sauce |
3 | tablespoons sesame oil |
2 | tablespoons SKIPPY® Peanut Butter |
2 | tablespoons rice vinegar |
1 | tablespoon hot chili oil |
2 | cloves garlic, minced |
Juice of 1 lime | |
1 | red bell pepper, julienned |
1 | cup julienned carrots |
1 | cup chopped cilantro |
½ | cup sliced green onions |
In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter, vinegar, hot chili oil, garlic, and lime juice until smooth.
In large bowl place noodles. Top with red pepper, carrots, cilantro and green onion. Add soy sauce mixture.
Toss together until well coated.
