This sweet and crunchy snack combines oven-toasted rice cereal, SKIPPY® Pretzel P.B. Bites, and a rich mixture of chocolate and peanut butter, all coated in powdered sugar. | 8 | cups oven toasted rice cereal |
| 2 | (8-ounce) packages SKIPPY® Pretzel P.B. Bites, divided |
| 1 | cup semisweet chocolate chips |
| ½ | cup SKIPPY® creamy peanut butter |
| ¼ | cup butter |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 1½ | cups powdered sugar |
| 1 | cup candy coated chocolate pieces |
Directions
In large bowl, measure cereal and 1½ cup Bites; set aside.
In small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and peanut butter and butter on HIGH 45 to 60 seconds, or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture over cereal, stirring to coat evenly. Pour into a large resealable food storage bag.
Add powdered sugar to bag, seal and toss to coat. Spread mixture on waxed paper to cool.
Add reserved SKIPPY® Pretzel P.B. Bites and candy-coated chocolate pieces.
Store in airtight container.
