Pretzels and peanuts team up with chocolate to bring you SKIPPY® Pretzel Peanut Butter Bark. 2 | (12-ounce) bags chocolate melting wafers |
½ | cup mini pretzels, crushed |
⅓ | cup mini pretzels |
¼ | cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts |
1 | cup SKIPPY® Peanut Butter |
⅔ | cup powdered sugar |
1 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
Melt 1 bag of melting wafers according to package directions.
Pour chocolate onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread to about 1/4 –inch thickness.
Let stand 1 hour or until set.
Meanwhile with an electric hand mixer, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar.
Spread peanut butter mixture over chocolate, leaving 1-inch border and refrigerate 1 hour.
Melt remaining chocolate according to package directions and spread over peanut butter layer.
Sprinkle with pretzels, peanuts and crushed pretzels.
Refrigerate 1 hour or up to overnight.
Break into pieces.
