Ingredients
- 1 (18.25-ounce) box chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter, divided
- 1 (16-ounce) can creamy vanilla frosting
Directions
- Prepare, bake and cool cake mix according to directions for cupcakes.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, blend together 3/4 cup peanut butter and frosting until smooth; spread evenly over cupcakes.
- In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter on HIGH (100%) 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over cupcakes.
