 
          SKIPPY® Frozen Yogurt Bark is the perfect refreshing treat for summertime. Simply spread vanilla yogurt in a pan, drizzle with fruit preserves and SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter, and top with raspberries and shredded coconut. Freeze overnight, then cut into squares and enjoy this customizable, delicious snack.
| 2 | cups vanilla yogurt | 
| 3 | tablespoons fruit preserves (strawberry, raspberry, cherry, blackberry, etc.) | 
| 2 | tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter | 
| ½ | cup fresh or frozen raspberries | 
| ¼ | cup shredded coconut | 
In parchment paper-lined 8×8-inch baking pan, spread yogurt evenly.
In microwave safe cup, heat preserves on HIGH 10 seconds; stir until smooth.
Repeat process with peanut butter.
Drizzle preserves and peanut butter over yogurt.
Using a knife, make swirl pattern.
Sprinkle with raspberries and remaining ingredients.
Freeze overnight.
Remove from pan. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
