Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons jalapeno pepper jelly
- Sliced jalapeno pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 slices rustic bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- In small bowl, mix pepper jelly and jalapeno slices . Spread mixture on 1 side of 1 bread slice.
- Spread peanut butter on 1 side of remaining bread slice. Press together. Spread half of the butter over top slice of bread.
- Heat grill pan to medium. Place sandwich buttered side down in pan. Spread remaining butter over top slice of bread. Grill sandwich 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until sandwich is golden brown.
