Ingredients

Cheesecake Parfaits:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (4-ounce) dark chocolate bars, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

 

Garnish:

  • Shaved chocolate curls
  • Chopped roasted peanuts
  • Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Divide mixture among parfait glasses.
  3. Place chopped chocolate and heavy whipping cream in microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Heat on HIGH 1 minute. Stir and microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into parfait glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter and divide evenly among parfait glasses.
  7. Top with whipped topping and desired garnishes.
