Ingredients
- 1 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 to 4 cups powdered sugar
- Orange food coloring
- Chocolate chips
Directions
- In bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until creamy. Beat in powdered sugar until soft dough forms.
- Stir in food coloring in very small amounts until desired color is reached.
- Shape mixture into 1¼ -inch balls; flatten slightly. Use toothpick to make grooves in each ball to resemble pumpkin. Press 1 chocolate chip into top of each for stem; place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
