Ingredients
- 8 cups oven toasted rice cereal
- 2 (8-ounce) packages SKIPPY® Pretzel P.B. Bites, divided
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup SKIPPY® creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup candy coated chocolate pieces
Directions
- In large bowl, measure cereal and 1½ cup Bites; set aside.
- In small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and peanut butter and butter on HIGH 45 to 60 seconds, or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour mixture over cereal, stirring to coat evenly. Pour into a large resealable food storage bag.
- Add powdered sugar to bag, seal and toss to coat. Spread mixture on waxed paper to cool.
- Add reserved SKIPPY® Pretzel P.B. Bites and candy-coated chocolate pieces.
- Store in airtight container.
